Auction Terms & Conditions Your Title Options TODAY: Thank you for attending our online auction today. If you are awarded the purchase of a titled vehicle today, you will need to understand the title process to transfer the title into your name: Options if you are Paying with Cash, Credit Card (only up to $5,000), Bank Wire or Check (with a confirmed Bank Letter of Credit): Your title will be mailed to you. **IF VEHICLE IS "TITLE DELAY", THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING THE TITLE BY UP TO TWO WEEKS OR MORE.** If you are Paying today with check: • We will mail the title to you once your check clears in 10 business days. • Then you can salvage the vehicle or you can transfer the vehicle at your title agent • We will need the final name of the buyer to sign over the title. Equipment Removal: • All equipment must be paid for in full the day of the auction. • Gate Pass given upon receipt of full payment. Gate Pass required to remove Equipment. • Equipment must be removed either of these dates: Please see website for updated pick up times. • Auction Day, December 10th, 2021 • Saturday, December 11th , 8 am to 12 pm • Sunday, December 12th , CLOSED - NO PICKUP ON SUNDAY! • Monday, December 13th, 9 am to 3 pm • Tuesday, December 14th , 9 am to 3 pm • For any equipment remaining on site after 3 pm on Friday , October 22nd, the owner may be charged moving and storage fees - up to $25 per day. *****HESS REPORT****** HESS REPORT is report where certified mechanic checks a list of performance details for the truck, including: Starts/Runs/Transmission/Air/Fluid/Clutch/Brakes/Tires/Oil Samples. Note that this is NOT a Warranty. All Trucks are sold AS IS. Trucks that have a Hess Report will be noted below, and the reports are available in the trucks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO PICK-UPS ON SUNDAY, Dec 12th Any items still left on our auction site by Friday, Dec 17th, at 3:00 PM will be moved, and purchaser will be billed for moving and storage fees. Proof of purchase and Gate Pass must be shown before removal of any items.
