Auction Terms & Conditions Your Title Options TODAY: Thank you for attending our auction today. If you are awarded the purchase of a titled vehicle today, you will need to understand the title process to transfer the title into your name: Options if you are Paying with Cash, Credit Card, Bank Wire or Check (with a confirmed Bank Letter of Credit): • Transfer the title today and take it with you. ( Donnie G. Boyer Company is the full title clerk on site) • Take the title with you and have your title agent transfer the title. (We just need to sign the title over into your name.) **IF VEHICLE IS "TITLE DELAY", THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN PROCESSING THE TITLE BY UP TO TWO WEEKS OR MORE.** If you are Paying today with check: • We will mail the title to you once your check clears within 10 business days. • Then you can salvage the vehicle or you can transfer the vehicle at your title agent • We will need the final name of the buyer to sign over the title. Equipment Removal: • All equipment must be paid for in full the day of the auction. • Gate Pass given upon receipt of full payment. Gate Pass required to remove Equipment. • Equipment must be removed either of these dates: • Auction Day, October 19, 2018 • Saturday, October 20, 8 am to 12 pm • Sunday, October 21, CLOSED - NO PICKUP ON SUNDAY! • Monday, October 22 , 9 am to 3 pm • Tuesday, October 23 , 9 am to 3 pm • For any equipment remaining on site after 3 pm on Tuesday, October 23, the owner may be charged moving and storage fees - up to $25 per day. *****HESS INSPECT****** HESS INSPECT is a new program for consignors of good quality trucks. A certified mechanic checks a list of performance details for the truck, including: Starts/Runs/Transmission/Air/Fluid/Clutch/Brakes/Tires/Oil Samples. Note that this is NOT a Warranty. All Trucks are sold AS IS. Trucks that have been Hess Inspected will be noted below, and the reports are available in the trucks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Titles and Removal of Equipment: Photo ID required. Title agent on-site. Titles will be mailed; equipment may not be removed without meeting all payment requirements set by Hess Auctioneers, LLC. Payments MUST be verified prior to removal of equipment. Equipment Pick-Up Times: Purchased Equipment must be picked up on one of the following dates: Auction Day: Friday, October 19th, until 5 pm Saturday, October 20th, 8 am to 12 pm Monday, October 22nd, 9 am to 3 pm Tuesday, October 23rd, 9 am to 3 pm. NO PICK-UPS ON SUNDAY, October 21st Any items still left on our auction site by Tuesday, October 23rd, at 3:00 PM will be moved, and purchaser will be billed for moving and storage fees. Proof of purchase and Gate Pass must be shown before removal of any items.
